Wakey Wakey

Project Objective

To illustrate and design packaging for an upcoming, limited-edition coffee that will be roasted by Dark Matter Coffee. The style of illustration was up to me as the artist. The central theme was to create concept art inspired by the name of the coffee roast that I created. My idea was Wakey Wakey coffee.

Rough Sketches

Once I settled on Wakey-Wakey as the name of the coffee blend, I included things that are essential to a coffee drinker's morning routine, an alarm clock and a coffee mug.

Mock ups

I developed playful images of the alarm clock and coffee mug.

Final Design

Variations of the alarm clock and coffee mug keep a familiar theme that can. Be used on the package, a shopping bag and paper coffee cup.
